Access to the work matters.
Our implementation choices and how to report a barrier.
Designed for readable, usable browsing
Our target is WCAG 2.2 AA. This is a design goal, not a certification of full conformance. The site uses semantic headings, labels, keyboard-operable native controls, visible focus, a skip link, and responsive result lists.
Motion and media
Workshop motion is supplementary. A static illustration is available before media loads. When a loop is present it is muted, has a pause control, respects the system’s reduced-motion preference, and pauses when hidden or offscreen. No page content waits for animation.
Search and local tools
Result counts and action statuses are announced with live regions. Filters, pagination, bookmarks, career exploration, and profile downloads can be used with a keyboard. Menus and FAQ disclosures use buttons and native details elements.
Interactive data browsing requires JavaScript. Static career guides, policies, and official careers links remain readable without it. Employer sites may have different accessibility behavior.
